Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Some of our products ship from international warehouses, which is part of how we keep prices fair. Every order is tracked the whole way.

TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll chase it with the carrier.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or stalls out for an unreasonable amount of time, we'll reship your order or refund you. You won't be left holding the bag.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us right away. We can fix it any time before the order ships. Once a package is delivered to the address given at checkout, we can't recover it, so please double-check at checkout.
